The 7 Do nots after a meal:

1. Don't smoke. Experiments from experts prove that smoking one cigarette after a meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes at any other time of the day. So your chances of contracting cancer are higher..

2. Don't eat fruits. This will cause the stomach to become bloated with air. Wait at least 1-2 hours after a meal before you eat fruit..

3. Don't drink tea. Tea leaves contain a high level of acid, which will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to become hardened and thus difficult to digest.

4. Don't loosen your belt. Loosening the belt after a meal can easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

5. Don't bathe. Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the

hands, legs and body and the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore

decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6. Don't walk about. People always say that after a meal you should walk a hundred

steps and you will live to be 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrients from the food we consumed.

7. Don't sleep immediately. The food we consume will not be able to digest properly. A nap can lead to gastric problems and infection in the intestines.
